Warranty Policy
Seller warrants that the Goods supplied shall conform to the description stated on the Products and/or Seller’s website.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS SELLER’S SOLE WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THESE GOODS. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. SELLER’S LIABILITY FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY HEREUNDER IS LIMITED SOLELY TO THE REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE GOODS, WHICH SHALL BE RETURNED TO SELLER AND TRANSPORTATION CHARGES PREPAID BY BUYER. THE FAILURE TO GIVE NOTICE OF A WARRANTY CLAIM WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM DATE OF DELIVERY SHALL CONSTITUTE A WAIVER BY BORROWER OF ALL CLAIMS IN RESPECT TO SUCH GOODS. THE FOREGOING SHALL CONSTITUTE THE SOLE REMEDY OF BUYER AND THE SOLE LIABILITY OF SELLER UNDER THIS WARRANTY. SELLER HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL INDEMNITIES AND PROVISIONS FOR ASSESSMENT OF ATTORNEY FEES AND EXPENSES.
No claim of any kind, whether as to Goods delivered or for non-delivery of Goods, shall be greater in amount than the purchase price of the Goods in respect of which such claim is made.
Many of our products are covered under a lifetime warranty.
The warranty guidelines are as follows: First, you must register your warranty at http://tsunamicare.com/. Once completed you must submit a claim and mail any defective parts in for replacement.
There is a warranty fee of $5.00 per replacement part unless waived by a customer care representative, at their personal discretion. The warranty fee exists to cover the shipping and handling cost for the replacement parts. This fee may only be paid via check or money order. Cash will not be accepted. If it is within 10 days of the purchase date, when you submit your claim please provide a copy of your sales receipt with your claim and we will gladly waive any warranty fee(s).

My brother has this tank for his e cig and I use a nautilus mini tank for my evic and I noticed that when I used his tank the(VPower Replacement Tank) it gave me tons of vapor and was the best that ive had for producing the most vapor. but it only registered as .5 ohms??? is that the size of the coils or what??? because I really liked the powerful flavor it produced on my joytech evic supreme. and supposedly the nautilus mini is the best tank???? Myn is stronger for throat hit but I don’t get the amount of favor or flavor as the v-power why is that and how many ohms is the v-power tank supposed to be????

I purchased this tank while I was in NYC. Best tank ever! Coils last great. I use it with mini istick. I have two ways to adjust air flow. Wished to get another but they are sold out everywhere online. not many Vape shops in my area that carry it.
