All of our batteries stay on for a few seconds after pushing the button, this way you can push the button and let go mid-pull and still get a full pull. Pressing the button twice in a row will start preheat mode which is what that flashing light means.

The green light indicates that it is on, and the Blue light indicates it is on a medium heat setting. When trying to draw from the battery are you able to get any vapor at all? If not it could be an issue and I suggest filling out a warranty claim on our website so we can try and resolve this issue for you.

Hi,
The 350 mAH battery is powered on and off by pressing the button 5 times in rapid succession. The variable voltages can be accessed by pressing the button 3 times. The battery will go from the lowest voltage to the highest with each set of three depressions, and each will be indicated with a different color lighting the button. Remember to power the battery off when not in use. When charging, the indicator light on the charger will start out red and change to green once fully charged.

Our 350 mAH battery does not come with a quartz coil, are you possibly referring to our wax atomizer for the Express?
