Warranty: We are temporarily suspending shipping replacement parts for warranty claims. If you have a damaged or defective device, you are still able to open and file a claim, but it will not be processed until at least May 28.

Once a refund has been issued, you will receive an e-mail notification advising you of that action. The refund will typically clear to your account within 2-3 business days.
Credit card refunds can only be issued to the card in which the charge originated from. If that is not possible, a check will be sent to the billing address provided at the time the order was placed.
Orders are processed Monday – Friday. Any orders received prior to 10:00 AM will be processed and shipped out the same day. Any orders received after 10:00 AM will be processed the same day but will not be shipped until the following day.
Deliveries are dependent upon the carrier’s terms and conditions as well as operating hours.
In the event that your item(s) is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier as S & E Distributor, Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged items once they have left our warehouse. Please visit the carrier’s website for further details regarding their claim procedures.
We do not ship outside of the United States, nor do we ship to PO Boxes or Military Bases.
California Shoppers must be at least 21 Years old with a valid Identification card to receive the package, and adult signature will be required at the time of the delivery.
Seller warrants that the Goods supplied shall conform to the description stated on the Products and/or Seller’s website.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS SELLER’S SOLE WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THESE GOODS. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. No claim of any kind, whether as to Goods delivered or for non-delivery of Goods, shall be greater in amount than the purchase price of the Goods in respect of which such claim is made.
Many of our products are covered under a lifetime warranty.
The warranty guidelines are as follows: First, you must register your warranty at http://tsunamicare.com/. Once completed you must submit a claim and mail any defective parts in for replacement.
There is a warranty fee of $5.00 per replacement part unless waived by a customer care representative, at their personal discretion. The warranty fee exists to cover the shipping and handling cost for the replacement parts. This fee may only be paid via check or money order. Cash will not be accepted. If it is within 10 days of the purchase date, when you submit your claim please provide a copy of your sales receipt with your claim and we will gladly waive any warranty fee(s).
